We registered as a U.S. property broker and obtained interstate operating authority so every load we book is run under a documented, insured American entity — not a handshake overseas.
EAST COAST GATEWAY
We opened our first control desk within reach of the Port of Philadelphia and the I-95 corridor, so import boxes clearing the Delaware River could move inland the same week, not the next.
CUSTOMS BROKERAGE DESK
A licensed U.S. customs broker joined the team. Entries, ISF, and FDA holds stopped living in a separate inbox. One office now owns the freight and the paperwork that lets it leave the terminal.
AIR + OCEAN UNDER ONE ROOF
We added IATA air freight next to our FCL/LCL ocean lanes. A buyer in Pennsylvania can now split a hot shipment by air and the balance by water without calling two companies.
INTERMODAL PUSH WEST
We contracted rail ramps out of Chicago and Kansas City so Midwest freight is not stuck on a truck for three days when a stack train will do it cheaper and cleaner.
ONE RECORD, ONE TEAM
We retired the patchwork of emails and trackers. Every shipment now has a single file — pickup, export, arrival, last mile — so the customer talks to one desk, not three vendors pointing at each other.
